Over the last few years McLachlan has shifted his attention towards the world of paper art and has become internationally recognized as one of the premier artists in the field.
Using hand cut paper he creates images , art objects and pieces for fashion ,editorial and advertising areas. These hand made pieces have been commissioned as art , used extensively on the fashion runway and have been published in Vogue, Karen magazine, on book covers, posters, and editorially.
