Ricardo Solis was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
He graduated from the School of Visual Arts and acquired expertise in workshops taught by outstanding teachers. From a young age Ricardo was attracted to art and nature. Now as a professional artist, he tries to express in his work the beauty and perfection of both, along with his belief in the undeniable existence of a Creator. He also often captures the innocence of childhood with his touching and evocative scenes of a child’s imagination.
Ricardo currently lives in Guadalajara with his wife and four young children, whom they teach at home.
