Bruce Evans is a Hyperrealistic Painter.
Bruce primary influence has been Richard Schmid and he has studied his work thoroughly.
He has also worked several times with Albert Handell in workshops and mentorship programs and developed a deep fondness and respect for Albert. Bruce has studied with two other artists whom he admires a great deal, Marc Hanson and Jennifer McChristian.
Bruce Evans Born in Yonkers, New York in 1948, Bruce taught drawing at the University of New Brunswick. Currently Bruce and his wife, Helen Jean, live in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada.
