Marcello Castellani explores different techniques in his works to ultimately find his own style. He’s still in training, working with pencil, acrylics or illustration.
Although his passion is drawing and painting, techniques he is studying under the tutelage of Master Camilo Calderon in Bogota, his work as digital designer has led him to explore the relationship between photography and pixel. This research paved the way for his first solo exhibition called Hilados (Spun), a deconstruction of photographic images in pixels, which end up spilling onto the canvas like threads, representing everything that connects the artist with his life and experiences.
